About the role

The Sales Advisor will work in A1 retail shops, offering products, services and tailored solutions to private customers. You will build trusted relationships, focus on customer satisfaction and act as a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Sell A1 products, services and specific solutions to private customers.
• Provide customer support and develop long‑term relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and technical questions.
