About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team across several locations in Croatia. You will be the face of the S. Oliver brand, helping customers discover and purchase high‑quality fashion items.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise in line with S. Oliver’s brand principles.
• Proactively advise customers on product selection and styling.
• Handle receipt, display, and sale of items, ensuring visual standards are met.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and stock management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in textile retail is preferred.
• Strong fashion awareness and a keen eye for trends.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Organizational abilities and a proactive sales approach.
