Sales Representative (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Sales Representative you will promote Arthrex’s orthopaedic and sports‑medicine products to existing and prospective customers in Croatia. You will act as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and supporting surgeons and healthcare facilities with tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell Arthrex‑manufactured products and services to current and potential customers.
• Nurture existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Participate in national and international marketing events such as workshops, trade shows and training sessions.
• Monitor market trends and propose targeted marketing activities.
• Prepare and submit timely administrative and sales reports.
• Utilise the company CRM and iPad‑based sales tools for daily activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and sales material.

Required profile

• University degree or medical education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in healthcare or orthopaedics.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
• Independent, careful, structured work style with high reliability.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently (valid driver’s licence B required).
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
