About the role

We are looking for a diligent material accounting specialist to manage the flow of goods and materials for our Zagreb office. The role involves maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and supporting the finance team with reliable data.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain goods and material accounting records.
• Record inbound and outbound movements of merchandise and supplies.
• Control and post incoming and outgoing documents.
• Reconcile inventory records with physical stock.
• Prepare inventory reports and related documentation.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts.
• Generate required reports and statements.
• Perform additional material accounting tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in material accounting or similar functions.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Responsibility, accuracy and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with accounting software.
