About the role

We are looking for a Sales Referent to provide administrative and sales support to our sales team. You will be responsible for handling orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining communication with suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team.
• Enter and process orders in the ERP system.
• Prepare offers, purchase orders, delivery notes and other sales documents.
• Organise deliveries and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Communicate with domestic and foreign suppliers.
• Monitor order status and delivery deadlines.
• Receive and administratively process complaints.
• Coordinate with the service department to resolve complaints and warranties.
• Maintain records and update data in the ERP system.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone.
• Prepare various reports and administrative documentation.
• Perform other reference and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; higher education in economics or related field is a plus.
• Experience in sales, administrative or reference roles is desirable.
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office and Excel.
• Experience with an ERP system is an advantage.
• Active knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Organised, responsible and meticulous.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
