About the role

The Marketing Referent will support the coordination of promotional and sales activities, manage digital campaigns, and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with procurement, sales, and suppliers to implement planned promotional and sales actions.
• Execute regular promotional and sales activities, including digital campaigns, publishing updates, and refreshing content on the website, webshop and social media.
• Monitor the market, update e‑commerce pages daily, handle customer communication, and improve the webshop, user experience and SEO.
• Track, measure and analyse results of web‑sales, digital campaigns and other activities, ensuring plan execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Prepare offers, retail invoices, orders, handle complaints and maintain customer communication.
• Receive and store goods, support sales operations and close the retail cash register.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in an economic or technical field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with computers and digital marketing programs.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Strong organisational, communication and negotiation abilities.
