CRM Specialist (m/f)

About the role

As a CRM Specialist at Polleo Sport you will design and manage multi‑channel communication campaigns that build loyalty, drive engagement and increase sales. You will also be responsible for the development and promotion of the company’s loyalty app, delivering a personalised experience for fitness customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a CRM strategy aligned with the brand image and business goals.
• Create and manage email, SMS, WhatsApp and Viber campaigns to boost engagement and conversion.
• Plan promotions, push notifications and reward programmes for the loyalty app.
• Segment customer databases and personalise communication based on behaviour and preferences.
• Analyse campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, retention, LTV) and continuously test for optimisation.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and the IT team to produce CRM content and technical solutions.
• Maintain database quality and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Research CRM technology trends and propose new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
• Proven experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of SMS and Viber marketing tools and experience managing loyalty programmes.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of the customer journey.
• Creative ability to design promotional activities and compelling messages.
• Excellent written and editing skills in both Croatian and English.
• Good understanding of GDPR and best practices in data management.
