Senior Project Manager (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our influencer marketing team in Zagreb. The role involves managing end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, from briefing to delivery, and will start in August 2026. You will work fully remotely while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Write and manage campaign briefings for influencers and internal teams.
• Track content, handle approvals and ensure timely delivery that meets brand requirements.
• Execute high‑volume paid and seeding campaigns from start to finish.
• Coordinate product packing, labeling and dispatch for seeding campaigns.
• Perform on‑the‑ground quality assurance with fulfillment partners.
• Track shipment status and resolve logistics delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate seeding lists, shipping records and campaign timelines.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• 4 + years of professional experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand side).
• Hands‑on experience with campaign execution: briefings, content tracking, approvals and delivery control.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong eye for detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage high‑volume operations across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with initiative.
