About the role
We are looking for a diligent accountant to join our team in Split. The successful candidate will handle day‑to‑day bookkeeping, payroll processing, and tax reporting for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Record incoming and outgoing invoices
- Process bank statements and reconcile accounts
- Calculate payroll and related benefits
- Prepare VAT returns and other tax filings
- Communicate with clients regarding routine accounting matters
Required profile
- Proven experience in accounting
- Ability to work independently, responsibly and with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- Good computer literacy
Required skills
- Experience with the Synesis accounting program (preferred)
