Quality Control Management Expert (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Management Expert to lead the harmonisation of product quality standards across all our production sites. You will work closely with plant managers and technical teams to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain uniform product quality standards across the Group.
• Monitor compliance with HACCP, ISO, IFS, BRC and other certifications.
• Maintain and regularly update SOPs for production, quality control, hygiene and documentation.
• Collaborate with plant managers, quality teams and technical departments to align operational practices.
• Conduct gap analyses and internal audits, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance to site teams on group‑wide quality standards.
• Support certification and audit preparation processes.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 9001, IFS, BRC).
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently and across multiple locations.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and a proactive attitude.
