PLC Programmer (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a PLC Programmer to join our Software Department in Sesvetski Kraljevec (Zagreb). The role involves software development, commissioning, documentation and training for industrial automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Responsibility for software development
• Development and realization of control processes, basic programs and visualizations
• Commissioning in‑house and at customer sites
• Creation of program and process documentation and operating instructions
• Conducting customer and system training
• Supporting final acceptance
• Training new employees
• Active participation in project debriefing and handover

Required profile

• Technical education in electrical engineering or automation
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PLC Programmer in industrial automation (preferably automotive)
• Experience programming PLCs for special‑purpose machinery
• Good command of Croatian and solid English skills (German a plus)
• Ability to work independently and in a team, solution‑oriented mindset, creativity
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• No work permit sponsorship available

Required skills

• PLC programming with Siemens TIA Portal
• PLC programming with Rockwell platforms
• Knowledge of control systems
