About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to learn a new trade in a stable manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required; you will receive hands‑on training from experienced colleagues to become proficient with tools, metal‑part processing and basic production tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in processing metal components.
- Operate hand tools for cutting, shaping and assembling parts.
- Perform grinding and material preparation tasks.
- Support daily production activities on the shop floor.
Required profile
- Responsible and precise attitude.
- Willingness to work in a team.
- Motivation to learn and develop new skills.
Required skills
- Basic use of hand tools.
- Understanding of metalworking processes.
- Grinding and material preparation techniques.
