CNC operater / programer – HAAS VF-2

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC operator and programmer to work independently on a HAAS VF-2 4‑axis machining centre. The role involves preparing the machine, creating and correcting CNC programs, and delivering high‑quality parts from technical drawings to finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the HAAS VF-2 CNC machining centre autonomously.
• Prepare and set up the machine, select and mount tools.
• Develop, test and adjust CNC programs.
• Determine machining order, technology and zero points.
• Clamp and position workpieces accurately.
• Inspect dimensions and quality using standard measuring instruments.
• Maintain the machine, tools and work area.

Required profile

• Proven experience with CNC milling machines or machining centres.
• Ability to independently prepare a CNC machine for production.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and reading technical drawings.
• Familiarity with machining tools, technologies and measuring devices.
• Precision, responsibility and a self‑directed work attitude.
