About the role

We are looking for an energetic and communicative sales associate to join our team at ECCO Mall of Split and ECCO Arena. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover high‑quality footwear and related products while ensuring the store remains attractive and well‑organized.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, label, and correctly sort merchandise in the warehouse.
• Maintain a tidy and visually appealing sales floor according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Present shoes and accessories to customers, offering advice and assistance in product selection.
• Inform shoppers about sales terms, operate the cash register, and handle transactions.
• Foster a pleasant atmosphere and deliver high‑level customer service.
• Participate in daily store operations, including handling complaints and product transfers.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Proactive interaction with customers.
• Excellent sales and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to engage in continuous training.
• Interest in fashion, footwear, and quality products.
• Reliability and responsibility.
• Flexibility to work shifts and collaborate in a team.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
