Aftersales Manager / voditelj postprodaje (m/f)

About the role

The Aftersales Manager will lead the technical department to ensure that dealers, service stations and end‑customers receive top‑class after‑sales support. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role combines technical expertise, spare‑parts sales management and warranty oversight within the Croatian market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the dealer network, both on‑site and by phone.
• Drive spare‑parts sales, set targets, monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the country budget and control warranty costs, establishing reduction processes.
• Collect and analyse competitor data to refine sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and address areas of weakness.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and relevant bodies to maximise sales potential.
• Organise and deliver technical training programmes for dealers.
• Stay updated on European and national type‑approval regulations.
• Investigate customer claims and negotiate settlements.
• Prepare and submit technical reports to headquarters in Pontedera, Italy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Technical Engineering.
