Optičar – prodavač (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Optician‑Sales Associate to join our stores in Zagreb (and Bjelovar). You will help customers find the perfect prescription or sunglasses while ensuring the shop presents a professional image.

Key responsibilities

• Sell prescription glasses and sunglasses to walk‑in customers.
• Provide expert advice and assist customers in selecting the right eyewear.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the store and keep the product assortment organized.

Required profile

• Secondary education; a qualification as an optical technician is a plus.
• Experience in retail sales; experience in optics is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of a foreign language (English or another).
• Good communication skills, friendly attitude, neatness and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Driving licence category B is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
