Multilingual Customer Support Specialist – Bulgarian & English/Croatian

About the role

Join Teleperformance Croatia’s expanding customer support team for a leading cosmetics and beauty brand. As a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist you will interact with customers in Bulgarian, English and Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian, delivering accurate information and solutions through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide detailed information about cosmetics and beauty products.
• Resolve issues promptly and propose appropriate solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the internal system.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.

Required profile

• Fluent in Bulgarian and Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian at the same proficiency level.
• English proficiency of at least B2 (spoken, written, reading).
• Excellent communication, empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Team‑oriented attitude with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using multiple digital tools simultaneously and documenting interactions.
