About the role

We are looking for a skilled pastry chef to join our kitchen in Zagreb. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of desserts and baked goods according to our standards and production schedules.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other desserts following recipes and quality norms.
Manage production timing to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
Maintain hygiene standards and keep a valid sanitary booklet.
Collaborate with the kitchen team during the morning shift.

Required profile

Completed hospitality school with a specialization in pastry.
Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
Strong sense of timing and ability to meet product specifications.
Residence near the workplace is an advantage.

Required skills

What we offer

Permanent employment contract with a six‑month probation period.
Full‑time position (40 hours per week) in a morning shift.
Net base salary of €1,300 plus allowances, total net compensation approximately €2,000‑€2,500.
No accommodation provided.
