About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook to join our hotel kitchen team. You will contribute to the preparation of high‑quality hot and cold dishes while maintaining the restaurant’s standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and supervise the cooking of hot and cold meals for hotel guests.
• Ensure the taste and visual presentation meet hotel standards.
• Participate in menu planning, seasonal offers, and ingredient selection.
• Handle procurement, receipt, and proper storage of food items in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise assistant kitchen staff, assign tasks and monitor efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of kitchen equipment.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Independent, highly organized, and responsible.
• Professional and proactive attitude.
