About the role

We are looking for an experienced chef (male/female) to join our a‑la‑carte restaurant Antack, located in the centre of Rijeka. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing both hot and cold dishes and will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process raw ingredients and cook dishes according to the menu.
• Decorate and present plates to meet the restaurant’s visual standards.
• Conduct quality checks on all food items and ensure freshness.
• Follow hygiene, safety and regulatory standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and inventory.
• Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Order supplies and manage stock levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a chef in an a‑la‑carte or similar restaurant.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Commitment to long‑term, full‑year employment.
