Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join the sales, marketing and partnership team at Palace Hotel Zagreb. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of sales, managing key client relationships and supporting reservation activities in a premium hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate and group accounts for the hotel.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to create tailored offers and campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service agreements with partners.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.
