Junior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our Marketing department and are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Specialist to support our brand communication and digital activities. You will work closely with sales, product management and business development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update website content, including product pages, news, articles and campaigns.
• Maintain and refresh the product database and information system.
• Coordinate digital channels such as newsletters and other owned media.
• Ensure accuracy of information and consistency of brand communication.
• Handle communication in Croatian and Slovene.
• Assist in creating marketing materials (POS, flyers, catalogs, etc.).
• Support the execution of marketing and brand campaigns.
• Communicate with the dealer network and provide support to STIHL retailers.
• Coordinate basic activities with external agencies (PR, digital and advertising).
• Monitor market trends and produce simple reports and recommendations.
• Support the organization of trade fairs and dealer events.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product management and business development teams.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent command of Croatian and Slovene (native or near‑native level).
• Active English language skills, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Understanding of SEO and social media optimization.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as CMS and Google Analytics (a plus).
