About the role

The UNICEF "Guardians of Childhood" program is looking for enthusiastic representatives to engage the public, explain UNICEF’s mission, and encourage regular donations that support children in Croatia and worldwide. You will work in public spaces such as shopping centres, interacting directly with citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Approach visitors in malls and other public venues to present the UNICEF mission and the Guardians of Childhood campaign.
• Explain how donations help children and answer questions about UNICEF’s activities.
• Collect donations and record contributions according to UNICEF guidelines.
• Collaborate with the local team to plan outreach schedules and locations.
• Provide feedback on public reactions and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Required profile

• High sense of responsibility and professional conduct.
• Strong motivation, efficiency, and willingness to work in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility, teamwork orientation, and openness to new challenges.
• Interest in learning and contributing to children’s welfare.
• Preferably experience in field work such as surveys, promotions, or direct sales.
