Junior Key Account Manager (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our team in Zagreb. You will support TAWAL’s account management strategy, build strong relationships with key telecom and colocation clients, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate, execute and monitor account management policies and procedures.
• Plan and drive revenue growth, sign new and renew existing MSAs with key and third‑party accounts.
• Prepare bid responses and analyse pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Maintain end‑to‑end billing, invoicing and financial settlement processes in collaboration with TAWAL Europe and HQ teams.
• Handle client requests, feedback and complaints, coordinating with Croatia and Europe teams for resolutions.
• Conduct customer feedback surveys and work with relevant parties to improve experience.
• Monitor account financial health against KPIs and forecast future requirements.
• Report account status, profitability and KPI achievement to TAWAL HQ.
• Develop commercial templates and tools to standardise activities.
• Ensure compliance with commercial frameworks and represent TAWAL services at events and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in account management or a client‑facing role.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and relationships with telecom operators is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Team‑oriented, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Fluent in English and experienced in communicating with international leadership teams.
