Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Jabil Croatia is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and employees in its Osijek manufacturing site. The role focuses on delivering HR services across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and development to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate employee benefits and training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in the HR information system.
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to deliver effective HR support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in HR or a comparable role.
• Good understanding of HR practices and Croatian employment legislation.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluency in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR information systems.
