About the role
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing and delivering accurate salary payments and related statutory documentation. This position ensures compliance with Croatian payroll legislation and supports both employees and the employer with payroll‑related queries.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, prepare and process data required for payroll calculation and payment of wages and other allowances.
- Submit statutory reports, including JOPPD forms and mandatory insurance registrations, changes, and deregistrations.
- Maintain records of working time, annual leave, sick leave and other absences.
- Calculate salaries and other earnings in accordance with current regulations.
- Prepare and submit legal payroll reports and statements as required by law.
- Produce certificates and documents needed by the employer and employees.
- Continuously monitor changes in payroll legislation and labor law.
