Head of CRM and Data Analytics Department

About the role

Lead the creation and implementation of KentBank's CRM and customer analytics strategy. You will build the system from core functionalities to personalised recommendations, driving measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute the Bank's CRM and customer analytics development strategy.
• Build the CRM system step‑by‑step, from core functions to personalised offers.
• Choose solutions that deliver real value to customers and the business.
• Use data to identify the right person, the right offer, and the right moment.
• Develop analytical and predictive models to attract, upsell and retain clients.
• Measure campaign performance and track CRM impact on engagement and results.
• Lead, develop and motivate the team while introducing new technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in CRM or customer data analytics.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms and delivering personalised client solutions.
• Strong command of English.
• Strategic, results‑oriented mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges.
