Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

About the role

HAHN Automation Group Croatia is looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join its team in Sveta Nedelja. You will work on the installation, testing and automation of production lines for various industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, pneumatic and electrical installation of assembly or test lines.
• Set up automated processes and line functions together with programmers.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical issues.
• Spend at least 50% of working time on field assignments throughout the calendar year.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher technical education (technical secondary school, vocational college or university).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field service role.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
