Customer Support Specialist – Croatia & Slovenia

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers in Croatia and Slovenia. Based in Zagreb, you will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for shoppers across our brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about products, orders, deliveries and returns.
• Resolve complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with stores and internal teams to solve issues quickly.
• Update internal systems and prepare simple reports.
• Translate communication materials between English, Croatian and Slovenian.

Required profile

• Fluency in Croatian, Slovenian and English (mandatory).
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or administration.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive attitude.
