About the role

We are looking for a proactive Call Agent to join our call centre team in Zagreb. You will engage daily with customers, present our products, and support the sales process while receiving full guidance from the team leader and the company.

Key responsibilities

Initiate and maintain daily communication with clients via phone.
Present and explain product offerings to prospective customers.
Track and follow up on sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with the manager and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

Strong dedication, reliability, and a collegial attitude.
tactful, motivated and persistent in achieving targets.
Excellent openness and persuasiveness in communication.
Hard‑working and industrious mindset.
