About the role

Materia Life is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista/Salesperson to join its growing wellness concept in Zagreb. You will be the face of the brand, preparing functional to‑go drinks and delivering a warm, relaxed experience to every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare functional wellness to‑go beverages such as matcha latte and similar drinks.
• Create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere for each customer.
• Engage with customers daily using an authentic and approachable communication style.
• Contribute to a positive store ambiance and team spirit.
• Drive sales and achieve performance targets.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.

Required profile

• Someone who naturally radiates warmth, cheerfulness and openness.
• Loves working with people, possesses strong communication skills and enjoys creating pleasant moments.
• Embraces a wellbeing lifestyle or is eager to develop one.
