About the role

We are looking for an Assistant in Procurement and Sales to support our two team leaders – one overseeing overall procurement and distributor sales, and another managing HoReCa and retail sales. You will act as a right‑hand and essential support, gaining exposure to both office and field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create new items, suppliers and customers in the ERP system
• Update prices and product data
• Prepare and distribute weekly price lists
• Generate reports and compile data for management
• Process customer complaints, supplier returns and approvals
• Send purchase orders to selected suppliers
• Assist the procurement leader in sourcing new products and manufacturers
• Enter orders from customers not using the web shop
• Maintain daily administrative communication with suppliers, customers and partners
• Learn procurement and sales processes both in‑office and on‑site
• Cover colleagues in procurement and sales during vacations or absences

Required profile

• Experience in administration, procurement, sales or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory
• Fluent in Croatian and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, result‑oriented
• Responsible, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities
• Valid Category B driver’s licence
