About the role

We are expanding our team and are looking for a responsible, organized and motivated individual to join us as a Logistics Assistant. You will support the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to end customers in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse.
Organise domestic and international transportation.
Communicate with the warehouse regarding loading and unloading schedules.
Maintain records of shipments, costs and logistics data.
Prepare and manage supporting documentation such as orders, dispatch notes, invoices and customs paperwork.

Required profile

Organised and motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Eager to learn and develop logistics knowledge.
Basic proficiency with a personal computer.

Required skills

Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Office suite
