About the role
We are expanding our team and are looking for a responsible, organized and motivated individual to join us as a Logistics Assistant. You will support the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to end customers in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse.
- Organise domestic and international transportation.
- Communicate with the warehouse regarding loading and unloading schedules.
- Maintain records of shipments, costs and logistics data.
- Prepare and manage supporting documentation such as orders, dispatch notes, invoices and customs paperwork.
Required profile
- Organised and motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Eager to learn and develop logistics knowledge.
- Basic proficiency with a personal computer.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office suite
