About the role

We are expanding our team and are looking for a responsible, organized and motivated Logistics Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to end customers. You will work in a dynamic environment, supporting both domestic and international transportation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and cooperate with the warehouse.
• Organise transportation for domestic and international markets.
• Communicate with the warehouse regarding loading and unloading schedules.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales departments to track stock and fulfil orders.
• Maintain records of shipments, costs and logistics data.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and manage accompanying documentation (orders, dispatch notes, invoices, customs paperwork).
• Produce import and export documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms.
