About the role

STARLING nekretnine is looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent (m/f) to join its team in Velika Gorica. You will be responsible for building a client base, advising prospects, and closing property transactions while ensuring legal compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Communicate daily with existing and prospective clients.
• Advise clients, understand their needs, and match them with suitable properties.
• Achieve sales targets and responsibly execute all related activities.
• Verify legal and land‑registry documentation for each transaction.

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales potential and negotiation abilities.
• Desire for continuous learning, development and career progression.
• High initiative, proactivity, enthusiasm and personal responsibility.
• Persistence, result‑orientation and excellent self‑organization.
• Integrity, professionalism and teamwork spirit.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Active use of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of at least one foreign language.
• Preferably experience in sales or real‑estate brokerage.
