About the role

Eurohome nekretnine is looking for motivated real‑estate agents to join its Zagreb office. The position involves a mix of client interaction, property transactions and field work, offering a dynamic environment for those who enjoy sales and negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full process of property sales and rentals, from listing to closing.
• Maintain and update the internal property database.
• Communicate regularly with new and existing clients, providing advice and market insight.
• Assess client needs and financial capacity to propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values.

Required profile

• Strong organisational, communication and presentation abilities.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Flexibility, initiative and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• High sense of responsibility, professionalism and teamwork.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
