About the role

The company is looking for a diligent Administrator/Accountant to manage both financial and material accounting functions within a hospitality environment. You will ensure accurate bookkeeping, handle payments, and support inventory control while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial and material accounting tasks.
• Enter and monitor inventory of hospitality goods.
• Prepare periodic inventory counts for hospitality stock.
• Post accounting documents (URA, IRA) promptly and reconcile with business partners.
• Execute regular net‑banking payments to domestic and foreign suppliers, process salaries, fees, and submit JOPPD forms.
• Prepare compensations, cessions, and other settlement payments.
• Manage cash register accounting.
• Maintain written and oral communication with clients.
• Coordinate with banks and the central accounting service.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Preferably an economics education (not mandatory).
• Highly organized, systematic, and up‑to‑date.
• Proactive, independent, and responsible work attitude.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in similar accounting roles.
• Experience with Pantheon and/or Remaris is a plus.
