About the role

Pan-pek d.o.o. is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join its finance team in Zagreb. The position focuses on day‑to‑day bookkeeping, cash handling and supporting senior accountants in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Recording bank statements and reconciling accounts.
• Initiating and posting compensations and assignments.
• Managing cash desk operations.
• Posting incoming invoices.
• Balancing customer and supplier account statements.
• Performing additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field (SSS/VŠS/VSS).
• Minimum three years of experience in accounting or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of tax and accounting regulations.
• High accuracy, responsibility, flexibility and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Jupiter.
