About the role

Join the launch of the first Victoria's Secret store in Croatia as a Department Category Manager. You will lead a high‑performing retail team, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales within your category.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop team members to achieve strong performance.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service across the department.
• Enhance selling skills of the team through coaching and training.
• Drive sales results and meet business objectives for the category.
• Monitor performance indicators and report on budget achievement.
• Collaborate with the product team to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Support team in building lasting customer relationships.
• Foster an organized, collaborative and results‑oriented work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience managing a retail team.
• Strong customer‑service and sales orientation.
• Ability to motivate, engage and develop staff.
• Goal‑focused with a track record of delivering results.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
• Good command of English for effective communication.
