Sales Representative – Surgical Innovations & Endoscopy

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Innovations and Endoscopy to drive sales of device therapies, diagnostics, and monitoring solutions across Croatia. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians and healthcare providers while achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support to physicians and develop referral networks between implanting centres and referring physicians.
• Educate physicians on clinical evidence, Medtronic products, therapies, and services to improve patient outcomes.
• Lead regional training activities, including peer‑to‑peer sessions and speaker development.
• Accurately report account, market, competitive, and activity information and collaborate with the Regional Manager on planned activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
• Valid clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, with experience in medical devices, sales, or the surgical operating room.

Required skills

• High computer literacy.
• Strong account management and consultative selling approach.
• Solid negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
