About the role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated sales associate to join our professional and hobby tool store in Zagreb. The role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining the shop’s presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Advise customers on selecting tools and accessories.
- Create offers, issue invoices, and operate the cash register.
- Receive deliveries, verify quantities, and stock shelves.
- Maintain a tidy and well‑filled sales floor.
- Process returns and coordinate service requests.
Required profile
- Interest in tools, technical goods, or related products.
- Polite and professional customer approach.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to learn new products and technologies.
- Responsibility and neatness in work.
