Customer Support Specialist – Multilingual (Slovenian/English/Croatian)

About the role

TP Croatia is expanding its customer support team for a cosmetics and beauty client. As a Customer Support Specialist you will handle inquiries in Slovenian, English and Croatian (or Serbian/Bosnian) for customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information about cosmetics and beauty products.
• Resolve issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Document all interactions and actions in the internal system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service.

Required profile

• Fluent in Slovenian and Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian at the same proficiency level.
• English proficiency of at least B2 (spoken, written, reading).
• Excellent communication, empathy and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Team‑player with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Good computer usage skills, able to operate multiple digital tools simultaneously.
• Ability to document customer interactions accurately.
