Customer Support Specialist – Bulgarian & English/Croatian

About the role

Join TP Croatia’s expanding customer support team for a leading cosmetics and beauty client. You will handle customer inquiries in Bulgarian, English and Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian, providing product information and solutions through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about cosmetics and beauty products.
• Resolve issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Document all interactions and actions in the internal system.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering courteous and efficient service.

Required profile

• Fluent in Bulgarian and at least B2 level in English (spoken, written, reading).
• Proficiency in Croatian, Serbian or Bosnian at the same level as Bulgarian.
• Excellent communication, empathy and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Team‑player with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Good computer literacy for operating multiple digital tools simultaneously.
• Ability to accurately record customer interactions.
