About the role

We are looking for a motivated Deputy Store Manager to support the daily operations of our sports retail locations in Croatia. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain a high‑standard store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in overseeing all store activities, including sales, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure the store meets visual standards and presents the latest sports collections.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to guarantee satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Analyze sales data and contribute to achieving weekly and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar retail or service position.
• Completed secondary or higher education in commerce, economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for sports apparel, footwear, and equipment.
• Customer‑focused mindset and team‑player attitude.
• Flexibility, organization, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership experience in retail or service sectors.
• Proficiency in English.
