About the role

The Fashion Company is looking for a motivated Deputy Store Manager to support the daily operations of its retail locations in Split and Zagreb. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure smooth administration, sales performance, and visual presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage store administration and essential documentation.
• Organise sales activities, shift schedules and track employee attendance.
• Control inventory levels and verify correct price labeling in the shop and warehouse.
• Execute daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal sales plans.
• Monitor and analyse the sales performance of store staff.
• Maintain the visual identity and merchandising standards of the store.
• Participate actively in the sales process and support customers.
• Provide training and development for sales employees.
