About the role
The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Zagreb is seeking a reliable driver who will also support general administrative tasks. This hybrid role ensures safe transportation for embassy staff and contributes to the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide dependable transport services for embassy personnel and visitors.
- Deliver and collect official documents and other materials as required.
- Assist with a range of administrative and logistical duties.
- Maintain the embassy vehicle, ensuring it is clean, serviced and road‑worthy.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Clean criminal record.
- Completed secondary education.
- Good command of the English language.
- Knowledge of Korean is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a driver and/or administrative staff is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Salary in line with internal mission guidelines.
- Three‑month probation period.
