About the role

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Zagreb is seeking a reliable driver who will also support general administrative tasks. This hybrid role ensures safe transportation for embassy staff and contributes to the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Key responsibilities

Provide dependable transport services for embassy personnel and visitors.
Deliver and collect official documents and other materials as required.
Assist with a range of administrative and logistical duties.
Maintain the embassy vehicle, ensuring it is clean, serviced and road‑worthy.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

Clean criminal record.
Completed secondary education.
Good command of the English language.
Knowledge of Korean is an advantage.
Previous experience as a driver and/or administrative staff is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.

What we offer

Start date: September 2026.
Salary in line with internal mission guidelines.
Three‑month probation period.
