About the role

The Hospitality Venue Manager will lead the daily operations of our restaurant in Šibenik, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, legal standards and the HACCP system. This role combines operational oversight, team leadership and financial monitoring to deliver a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the venue according to internal procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, aesthetic standards and technical functionality of all inventory and premises.
• Implement legal standards and HACCP requirements.
• Create weekly work schedules and optimise staffing based on expected traffic.
• Onboard new team members and manage performance, motivation and conflict resolution.
• Monitor daily sales and cash handling.
• Plan and order supplies from vendors, controlling expiration dates.
• Conduct regular weekly and monthly inventories, analysing discrepancies.
• Track profitability of menu items and propose price adjustments.

Required profile

• Experience managing a hospitality or restaurant operation.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and make data‑driven decisions.
• Good communication skills in Croatian (and preferably English).
