About the role

The Mechanical Works Manager will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of mechanical installations on construction sites. This position ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor organisational, scheduling and financial plans for construction sites.
• Allocate tasks and organise work on site efficiently.
• Maintain the construction diary and logbook, and prepare work‑performance calculations.
• Create cost calculations and prepare tender offers.
• Send enquiries and collect quotations from manufacturers.

Required profile

• Preferable experience in organising, managing and supervising mechanical works (heating, cooling, ventilation, water supply and sewage, and other mechanical areas).
• Preferable experience in cost estimation and tender preparation.
• Knowledge of construction documentation and ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
